Open position: HR generalist / Office specialist (part-time)

HR generalist & Office specialist

In this role, expect:

HR area
• Maintenance of personnel database, statistics
• Preparation of internal regulations
• Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation (labor law, GDPR)
• Arranging medical examinations
• Regular processing of attendance sheets, documents for a payroll accountant
• Support for foreign employees – communication with the Labor Office, foreign police (visa issues)
• Recruitment – advertising, preparation of interviews, communication with agencies
• Onboarding – preparation of documents for entry and integration, coordination with the payroll accountant
• C&B – labor market monitoring, proposal of internal adjustments; regular provision of current benefits (eg meal voucher cards), or benefits adjustment proposal
• T&D – managing mandatory training (health and safety, fire safety, drivers of ref. vehicles, decree 50/electro, laser safety), managing required training, proposing further development activities
• Internal communication – intranet content management
• Offboarding – documents, termination of employment, etc.
• HR support of the French team (documentation management, database, preparation of personnel documents, etc.) – in cooperation with an external consultant in France

Office area
• Sending mail
• Orders for office supplies, coffee, water filters, refreshments,
• Provision of work aids – drapes, cleaning products, suits for cleanrooms
• Entering invoices on SharePoint
• Management of telephone numbers – de/activation, billing control, invoices
• Travel agenda (ordering a hotel, car, etc.)
• Translation equipment, documentation maintenance, word formatting adjustments
• Optional archiving of documents, archiving rules
• Records of allocated assets, support for inventories

To be successful, you need:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in HR (ideally a part in an independent position)
  • Secondary school / university / university education
  • Knowledge of the Labor Code (it is not necessary to memorize paragraphs, but basic awareness is a necessity)
  • Communicative knowledge of English (min. B1) – without it you will not be able to communicate with colleagues abroad
  • Knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, and other SW and applications necessary for the job
  • Independence, diligence, proactivity, and responsibility
  • A plus is the experience of a technology company or IT
