Telight is going to take place at the conference known as ELMI 2023, which is organized yearly by The European Light Microscopy Initiative, a unique communication network between European scientists working in the field of light microscopy, and the manufacturers of their equipment. The annual ELMI conference has become one of the main events of the year for hundreds of scientists, facility staff, developers, and company representatives. ELMI also organizes regular workshops, which provide opportunities for scientists to share their latest research and developments in the field. Additionally, ELMI offers training and education programs to help researchers develop their skills and knowledge in light microscopy. You will find our stand at ELMI 2023 full of exciting ideas and technology, we will display our light microscopes in augmented reality, and you can play a game with our application specialists.

Who is QUAREP-LiMi and why are we interested in them?
The QUAREP-LiMi is a group of enthusiastic light microscopists from Academia and Industry all interested in improving quality assessment (QA) and quality control (QC) in light microscopy. They came together in a first on-line Webmeeting on 28th of April, 2020 with about 50 attendees. By now (12th of January 2022) the group has grown to 370 people from 30 countries all over the world. QUAREP has members from national microscopy communities, companies involved in the microscopy business, organizations or institutions related to standardization on a national or international level, and scientific publishers and observers from funding agencies.
At ELMI2023 QUAREP-LiMi will host a workshop, which Telight will co-sponsor, focused on improving the industry standards on a national and international level. Whether you are a starting researcher or experienced facility manager, this workshop will provide you with set of standards to perform your work with more order in it.
