We’re heading to Prague for the EMBO Practical Course on Super-resolution in Light Microscopy, taking place from 15–22 June. This hands-on event brings together leading imaging experts and researchers to explore cutting-edge techniques in super-resolution SIM, STED, SMLM, and computational microscopy. LiveCodim is taking part as a unique platform that enables any confocal or widefield microscope to be enhanced with super-resolution capabilities.

Our team, led by Matyáš Krijt and Barbora Burýšková, will be on-site, hosting two in-person workshops and a presentation. Here is a schedule of our sessions, where you can meet Matyáš or Barbora to ask them questions: full program for the event.

We have several samples prepared to showcase the images that LiveCodim can display. As LiveCodim is currently installed at the Institute of Microbiology of the Czech Academy of Sciences, and researchers are working with it, there will also be an opportunity to discuss the system’s performance and research with the local scientists who are using it. One of the key scientists using LiveCodim is Tomáš Groušl, who is currently exploring the cells under various stress conditions.
