Summary:

Quantitative Phase Imaging (QPI) is a novel label-free microscopy technique bringing an utterly new contrast into the live-cell imaging field. It allows for extracting quantitative data from unlabeled cells and monitoring them non-invasively. Another benefit of QPI technology is the ability to precisely segment cells due to the incoherent light source used in Q-Phase. The seminar will explain the principle of technology and show the broad range of applications focusing on label-free analysis, such as cell growth, cell death, cell migration and many others.
